Where to Stay for a Bachelorette in Nashville
It is not necessary to stay right in Downtown Nashville! Getting around is very easy whether you Uber, hop on a scooter, or just walk! Since bachelorette parties in Nashville are SO common, there are amazing Airbnb options all around the city. Many are designed extremely cute for photo ops, close to restaurants and shops, and even offer services to make your life easier (grocery stocking, alcohol stocking, travel planning, etc.)!
For specifics, my group stayed in Hillboro West End! We were a quick scooter ride away from the gulch, 10 min uber ride from Music Row, and walking distance to many cute restaurants, bars, and boutiques!
This was the exact Airbnb we booked and we LOVED it!
If you want to stay in a hotel, I would try to be walking distance from the Gulch and / or the main strip on Broadway. I would also aim to find a hotel that has an apartment style room so your group has a spot to meet / hang out in!
Here is a great Condo Style Hotel option for a bachelorette party because it has big suites available and is only a ten minute walk to the main bars on Broadway!
How to Get Around Nashville
Like I mentioned before, getting around in Nashville is extremely easy. Ubers were very easy to get, even during COVID times! We could always get an Uber within a few minutes and there were many XL Ubers for our larger group. 🙂
Once you are in the touristy area of Nashville (The Gulch, Downtown, and Broadway), you can grab a scooter to zip around the town. These were also very easy to find, even with a large group. They have almost every scooter company available, so just download the app, sign up for an account and check into your scooter. Super easy!
Decoration Ideas
I kept my life pretty simple and bought a few kits on Amazon! I started trying to mix and match things on Etsy and my head started to ache, ha!
I decked out the bride’s room with big bride letters over the bed, goodie bags, and balloons scattered on the floor and on the bed! It was pretty simple and super easy to set up, yet looked really cute!
I bought this kit and it came with everything I needed and more! It had everything to decorate the Bride’s room and the kitchen!
Next up, I created a little photo booth area by using THESE metallic fringe back drop pieces that come in a ton of colors! I set up a ring light phone stand (which, was a HIT), and some photo booth props!
Click here for the ring light phone stand I bought and click here for the photo booth props!
Some Goodie Bag Ideas:
- Black Sarong for the Boat Day
- Beer / Seltzer Koozies for the Boat Day
- Liquid IV Packets
- Mini Water Bottles (get from grocery store)
- Disposable Cameras
- These funny, personalized sashes
Themed Outfit Ideas
What we did: Pink Cowgirl Hats, Fringe Night (check out our cute TikTok here!), all black bathing suits with sarongs!
Cute Ideas I saw: Denim Day, Cow Print, Disco Cowgirl themes, everyone wears white and the bride wears a color!
Bachelorette Party in Nashville Itinerary
MAN did I wish I had a guide like this when I was planning my sister’s bachelorette party in Nashville! I travel plan for a living and feel pretty dang confident about my travel-planning skills… but there is so much pressure when planning a bachelorette party!
I don’t know if it’s because the expectations are incredibly high, the large amount of people to coordinate, or because they (hopefully) only get one of these in their entire life time…. but all I knew was that it had to be perfect!!
I searched the entire internet for ideas and I can tell you, this is the ultimate Nashville Bachelorette Party Itinerary! Here we go…
Day 1: Wait for everyone to Arrive & Bar Hopping on Broadway!
Morning:
For my sister’s bachelorette party, she had people flying into Nashville from all over the USA. While we attempted to coordinate everyone coming in at the same time, it doesn’t always work like that! We had a very laid back itinerary the first day while waiting for everyone to fly in and freshen up at the house.
I spent the morning decorating the house and waiting for the food / alcohol delivery to show up. My sister and a few of her friends went out for breakfast and some sight seeing.
For specifics, they went to Biscuit Love and they loved it! It was walking distance from our Airbnb and a Nashville breakfast staple.
TIP: See if your Airbnb will stock the house with groceries and alcohol! Most will! 🙂
Afternoon:
What’s nice about renting an Airbnb in Nashville is that most neighborhoods are easily walkable and have many bars and shops within walking distance! We stayed in the Hillsboro West End area, which had SO many local boutiques and cocktail bars.
I was very surprised by how much I loved this area because it did not feel as touristy. It was a college area, so all the bars were very trendy and unique, but the prices weren’t too crazy!
Spending the first afternoon just wandering the shops and exploring was the perfect way to wait for everyone to arrive!
TIP: If you’re group is from the same area and arrives at the same time, you can easily schedule something fun for the morning / afternoon on Day 1! Check out the “Bonus Ideas” section at the bottom of this guide for more ideas 🙂
Evening:
Once everyone arrived and was able to take some time to get ready for the evening portion of day one, we ordered BBQ catering to the house & had some drinks before heading out on Broadway.
There are tons of options for amazing BBQ in Nashville, so to help you narrow it down, we chose Martin’s BBQ! They have a few locations throughout town and offer delivery.
TIP: Get the Mac N Cheese.. it was TO DIE FOR!
Once everyone had a few drinks in them and some food in their bellies, it was time to hit Broadway!
Broadway is a packed street that is lined with bars, restaurants and clubs. If you are planning a fun night out for your bachelorette party, Broadway is it!
On this night, we had a “fringe-themed” night! All the girls wore black fringe and the bride wore white fringe! It turned out SO cute and was fairly original. I feel like we saw every type of theme possible in Nashville because there are so many bachelorette’s, but we didn’t see anyone in this theme! 🙂
We did not have a plan on what bars we wanted to go to, because every single bar we wandered into was a blast! Some of our favorites were:
Day 2: Fun Tour & White Limozeen Rooftop Bar
Hopefully you aren’t too hungover, because the bachelorette weekend is not even close to over 😉
Day 2 was actually something I wish we had changed. I will detail what we did and what I wish we would’ve done instead! Here we go…
What we did:
We planned to do a bottomless mimosa brunch and then go mural hopping in the Gulch. There were a few small hiccups with this day, which when you have a large group of girls to coordinate, small hiccups turn into big hiccups!
First, bottomless mimosa brunch reservations sell out unbelievably quick. I started making brunch reservations about two weeks out, and almost every place I called was sold out of times. So, if you have a large group and want to go to brunch… call like 2 months prior at least.
Bitches love their brunch in Nashville!
Brunch spots in Nashville also require a large cancellation fee PER PERSON if you don’t show up for brunch. So just keep that in mind if you have some ladies in your group who get very hungover after a night of drinking 😉
If you did want to plan a bottomless mimosa brunch, here are a few that offer that:
Next, we had plans to go mural hopping in the gulch! Have you seen that famous wing mural in Nashville? That mural is right in the heart of the gulch! I had every plan to follow this fun, self-guided walking tour from a local!
Well, I would not recommend doing this. Or even planning to take your picture in front of the wing mural in Nashville because the line is HOURS long… in the baking sun! If you really want your photo in front of this mural, plan to wake up super early to get there before the crowds of tourists!
Definitely was a big “Instagram v. Reality” moment! 🙂
What I would recommend for a Perfect Itinerary:
I would recommend planning something for your morning / afternoon portion of your day! Just wandering around the city with a large group of girls is kind of a stressful thing… There are so many opinions of what to do next and very difficult to just hop into a bar because they don’t have any large tables available.
I would recommend doing brunch at the Airbnb (if you have one), scheduling something fun to do in my Bonus Section at the bottom of this guide, and then heading to the famous White Limozeen Rooftop Bar at night!
We ended up doing the White Limozeen Rooftop Bar and it was SO much fun! I feel like sometimes very touristy restaurants are just not worth the hype, but this place was truly adorable and the drinks were SO good.
TIP: We wore hot pink cowgirl hats to the White Limozeen Rooftop Bar and it looked so adorable in photos. There were a few other groups with the same idea as us, but we were touristy and proud!!! 😉
Day 3: Party Boat on Percy Priest Lake
Day 3 was by far my favorite out of them all! Seriously, it was SOO much fun!
We ended up renting a double decker pontoon boat from Nashville Toons and cruising Percy Priest lake. They offer many boats, but we were fancy and got the double decker pontoon boat. It came stocked with ice, cups, water, speakers, lily pads to float on, a slide from the second story, and a captain who drives it!
TIP: If you want to be the best MOH ever, make sure you get a few small decorations to surprise the bride! I got a ring float & captain’s hat for the bride!
After that, we had a hangover dinner at the Grilled Cheeserie, which makes specialty grilled cheeses and milkshakes! The PERFECT way to end such a fun day! 🙂 They have a few locations around Nashville, so hopefully there is one close to the Airbnb you choose.
To end the night, we spent the night hanging out at the Airbnb, playing bachelorette party games, and hiring mobile bartenders to make and serve us drinks! I always feel like the most fun nights on a bachelorette are ones just spent hanging out with your girls! Bringing the bar to your Airbnb is such a fun touch to add for everyone. Plus, it’s so affordable when you are splitting upon a big group!
I would recommend the best bartending service in Nashville, Bach Bar (one that specializes in Bachelorette parties). They will assist with hosting games, taking photos of everyone, DJing on their specialized playlist, and adding that extra level of fun energy that you NEED on a last day of a bachelorette party! 😉 Click here to check out their rates!
Pssst.. Click here for a really fun bachelorette party card game!!
Day 4: Farewell Brunch and Fly Home!
Another travel day! Depending on when your group leaves, you can maybe schedule a breakfast and some shopping before your flight. I was surprised how many adorable boutiques there were in Nashville, especially the area where we were in Hillsboro West End.
Again, if you are looking for a bottomless mimosa brunch spot, here are some of the ones I found:
TIP: If you are staying in an Airbnb, I would not book the latest flight out because you will not have anywhere to store your bags!
Bonus Ideas:
- Line Dancing Class
- Nashville Recording Studio Experience
- Petal Pubs
- Tractor Party Bus (We saw these everywhere and they looked like SO much fun!)
- Wine Tasting
- Go to a Concert (There are concerts constantly with huge artists!)
- Food Tour
- Moon Shine Tasting
Tips on Making your Bachelorette Party in Nashville Flawless!
- If you are the MOH, make sure you leave a few surprises for the bride! Don’t let her in on ALL the details right away!
- Make your reservations WELL before you need to! I started booking things 2 weeks out and almost everything was booked. The earlier the better!
- If you are traveling to Nashville in the summer, get everyone mini fans for their bags! It was HOT AS HECK.
- Drinks at the bars on Broadway are crazy expensive! And I’m from Las Vegas, so that’s saying something! If you want to save some money, stock your Airbnb with alcohol for a pregame or try to hit a happy hour before going out to the bars.
Okay, that’s a wrap! MAN did I wish I had a guide like this for planning my sister’s bachelorette party in Nashville. There is so much to think about when traveling with a large group, and the extra stress of it being a bachelorette party… you definitely need to be over prepared!
I hope this guide was borderline too much information, ha! 😉 Have such a fun time and if you have any questions, never hesitate to comment below so I can answer it for you!

You are 1000% right. The Wings mural line is INSANE, even on weekday mornings. And there are so many better murals in Nashville!
Thanks for the shoutout, and I’m glad you guys had an awesome time in Nashville 🙂
Yes, was not expecting it to be that crazy!!

[…] Bachelorette Party in Nashville, TN! […]
I love everything about your blog. Keep up the good work.
Thank you!
Hello!! I was just wondering if you would recommend doing a VIP Bar & club crawl with a host to take you down broadway or if it was perfectly fine just winging it. It will be a group of 10-13 of us and this is my first time planning for such a big group.
I think you would be fine winging it, but the party bus tours are a ton of fun! The bars are easy to hop in and out of and you will just go get drinks at the bar! That’s what I have done the last two times I went for a bachelorette 🙂
