Are you looking for the perfect gift for the world traveler? But are you at the “gift researching” stage where if you read another 60 item gift list on travel pillows, you just might scream!? Trust me, I’ve been there.
I am the known travel obsessed lover of the family and I would KILL to have any of these, if I don’t own it already. All of these are original, thoughtful, and oh so adorable.
Get your credit cards ready because you’re seriously going to want to purchase every one of these goodies!
There’s a high chance that this post contains affiliate links. I may receive a small commission (at no extra cost to you), that goes directly towards little Rosie’s dog treats!
1. Wide Lens for Phone
Okay, this is definitely a pricey gift but a total investment! Anyone who has traveled before knows it’s such a pain to bring around a large camera and set up every shot. A lot of the times, you still shoot pictures on your iPhone so you can post the picture right away! This practically turns your IPhone into a high-end camera. If you click on the link, you can swipe through some before / after shots that will totally convince you to click “add to cart!”
2. Tinggly
The best gift you can get a travel lover is an experience gift instead of something materialistic! What do I think of when I think of an experience gift?! TINGGLY!
This company has experience gifts for him or her, couples gifts, adrenaline junkies, food lovers, and more! And the best part, they are all travel related.
How it works: You buy your loved one a tailored gift box that includes things like experiences / excursions and hotel stays in over 100 different countries. Once they get their gift box, they can choose where they want to go and which experiences and hotels they prefer!
You are giving them the gift of travel, but without the hassle of having to plan them a trip that you hope they would like! 🙂
3. Push Pin World Map
I have one of these and I’m obsessed! Such a fun, visual representation of all my travel memories. This map comes in endless frame designs that would work for any household. I have this in my living room and is a total conversation starter with all my guests.
4. Southwest Airlines Gift Card
This can be bought at most grocery stores or on Amazon. I LOVE the idea of this gift card! I know gift cards normally have a bad rep for not being thoughtful, but any traveler would just love this. Most people who like to travel prefer intangible gifts like experiences. This definitely checks that box!
5. Dainty Travel Necklace
I love this gift because it’s thoughtful, goes with anyone’s style, and so affordable! This would be an amazing gift for a Christmas Party gift exchange as well. This one comes in both gold and silver!
6. Travel Game
I saw this game a few months ago and thought it was too fun not to buy! I like the idea of veering away from the touristy side of traveling and forcing yourself to interact with locals and adventure to local spots. This is such a thoughtful and unique travel-themed gift idea!
7. Carry On Cocktail Kit
I’m sure you’ve seen these before, you can buy them at most liquor stores. They come in all kinds of cocktail mixes like Gin & Tonic, Margarita, Bloody Mary + so much more! Such a cute idea for a travel-themed gift set!
8. Travel Journal
This journal can be used for anything like a travel journal, to-do lists, travel planning and more! I just love the pretty gold writing with the pink marble background. So adorable!
9. Anything from Anthropologies “Travel & Tech” Section
Anthropology has an amazing gift section that is specifically for travel & tech gifts! They change out their products so often, so it’s hard to link to a specific item, but click here to check out the entire section.
UPDATE: Like I said, Anthropology items change over quickly! Unfortunately the item in this photo is no longer offer and I couldn’t find anything similar online 🙁 BUT, I think it is still such a cute idea that can easily be DIYed. Here are links to a cute makeup bag, travel size lip balm, travel size lotion, and travel size fragrance.
10. Alex and Ani Compass Bracelet
These bracelets are best as a collections. I have about 10 right now and could never have too many! The compass bracelet was the first one I ever received and is still my favorite one to date. These bracelets come with a meaning on the back and are so affordable.
11. Face Mask
My skin always goes into such a funk when I travel to a different climate. I’m from Las Vegas so my skin is used to being in a very dry climate. I use this mask about once a week and it does such wonders. I bring it with me on my travels just in case my skin decides to misbehave.
12. Hydrating Eye Cream
Planes are so dehydrating. You always try to limit your water intake so you’re not that annoying passenger who is constantly asking everyone to let you use the restroom (aka, me). Wipe away those dark circles from your crappy night sleep with this highly rated eye cream.
13. Thoughtful Key Chain
Doesn’t this gift just scream you love and care about them? It’s affordable and so thoughtful! I always hate key chains that are too big and chunky and this one is delicate and timeless.
14. Travel Books
I created an entire post on my favorite travel books to read on a long flight. Click here to read more!
15.Travel Backpack
Okay, I might be geeking out a bit on this one, but seriously… HOW COOL IS THIS! You can charge your phone on the plane, in the airport, at a restaurant, you name it! Plus, the best part is… it’s actually cute. If you click on the link, you can pick from the 34 different colors.
16. Travel Cord Roll
This is genius. Do you ever look into your purse when your on a flight and just see a spaghetti-mess of cords everywhere? Well, hopefully I’m not the only one. This thin, lightweight roll up can organize your cords so efficiently. It will make you look like you actually have your life together, ha!
17. His and Hers Luggage Set
These get pricey so maybe a gift for yourself instead of a gift for someone else? I won’t tell! These well-rated luggage sets are from Calpak. There are so many other colors / patterns available, but I LOVE the marble. So in right now!
18. Silk Eye Mask
Ditch the standard black mask and replace it with this ultra cute lash mask! This is a silk mask that will supposedly keep your eyes looking fresher than a regular mask? Not sure if that is 100% true, but I just love the lash pattern!
I actually included these as a gift to my bridesmaids in my bridesmaid proposal boxes and they LOVED them!
19. Anything for my Travel Essentials
I have a guide on travel essentials I can’t live without that I constantly update with all my favorite travel accessories 🙂
20. GoPro
I’ve always been hesitant to buy a GoPro because I would HATE the feature of not seeing anything you captured! When I would borrow a friends GoPro for the day, I would come home to a bunch of videos with a giant water spot on the lens or the camera aiming at the completely wrong spot!! Can anyone relate? Well, now our problems are fixed. The newest GoPro has a playback screen. That way you can see what you are capturing and play it back to make sure you got the shot just right.

I have the Calpak luggage set in black marble and I love it! It’s super cute and it’s easy to spot at baggage claim.
